  2. MAP-Elites: an algorithm that shows differnt lopes the robot can use to continue moving forward.

I think the second one is better, because the first one cost too much time to list all the methods that robot can move, it works sometime but when there is some special situation that the designer haven't thought about yet, it will not work. And the second one just create a variable and change it over time to solve the problem.

    When the tripod robot with a leg broken off, it was able to, after 25 seconds, find a new gate that would get it to work. when injured, it lowered the broken of leg so it could still touch the ground with it to walk.
